Required Equipment

Swimmers should arrive on poolside 10 minutes before the start of the session in order to warm up and be ready to get into the pool on time.

 

Please ensure that you come to training with the correct equipment which should include;

  • Goggles

  • Fins

  • Paddles

  • Pull buoy

  • Kickboard

  • Drink

  • T-shirt
